
Your brain can only fire in overdrive for so long before you need to redistribute some of that energy into your body (or at least that’s how I think of it).
Gentle, restorative movement creates space for you to get back into your body and de-stress. An intense workout can also be beneficial, but can adversely tire you out.
I love Aditi’s yoga and Pilates classes. They feel great and are for everyone!
